  •  “La Menina”, designed by NACEX for “Meninas Madrid Gallery”, can be seen on Calle Velázquez Street, between Calle Goya and Calle Jorge Juan, in the Salamanca district of Madrid.
  • At the end of the exhibition, the NACEX Menina will go up for auction for charity along with the rest of the sculptures that make up the exhibition. In this edition, part of the proceeds will go to those affected by the eruption of the volcano on the island of La Palma.

Until December 15, the urban art exhibition “Meninas Madrid Gallery” will be filling the city’s emblematic areas with colour, creativity and solidarity, thanks to unprecedented reinterpretations of the “La Menina” figure, an icon from the masterpiece by the artist Diego Velázquez.

For the second consecutive year, NACEX, Logista’s express parcel and documentation delivery company, is participating in this charity initiative and demonstrating its social commitment. The company has reinterpreted its own Menina with a striking design that puts emphasis on its services, and its firm commitment to sustainable mobility.

La Menina designed by NACEX can be seen on Calle Velázquez, between Calle Goya and Calle Jorge Juan, in the Salamanca district. At the end of the exhibition, it will go to auction for charity, along with the rest of the sculptures that make up the exhibition.

Promoted by the Madrid City Council, within its Madrid Capital de Moda “Madrid Fashion Capital” (MCDM) project, and the Textile, Accessories, and Leather Trade Business Association (ACOTEX), “Meninas Madrid Gallery” celebrates the meeting of art and citizens at its fourth edition, turning the city into an open-air museum, under the name “A Window to the World” this year. More than 200 Meninas designed by renowned artists, national and international celebrities, athletes, chefs, musicians and sponsoring brands, are filling the streets of Madrid with colour and solidarity.

At the end of the exhibition, the authors of the works will put the Meninas up for auction, and a part of the proceeds will go to those affected by the eruption of the Cumbre Vieja Volcano on the island of La Palma. Since 2018, Meninas Madrid Gallery has raised more than half a million Euros for charity, through the NGOs selected by the artists, by “Meninas Madrid Gallery”, and by the brands sponsoring the event that are committed to social causes.
