Women Evolution aims to create transformative experiences to strengthen the leadership of professional women, from a holistic approach to health, emotional well-being, digital empowerment and post-Covid-19 networking, essential pillars for achieving conscientious leadership.
The congress “Women's Health and Talent in the Digital Age” was attended by 23 panel members, 120 people attending in person, and more than 300 connections via streaming.
During the meeting, managers and professionals shared experiences of good practices, visions of the future and success stories in topics as diverse as digital transformation, senior and junior mentoring, networking, conciliation, teleworking, training in digital skills, and taking care of one’s own mental and emotional health.
